Michael Gallevo

Attorney

Michael Gallevo was born in Toronto, Canada to native Filipino parents and, as the saying goes, he moved to Texas as fast as he could. Prior to attending law school, Michael received his undergraduate degree at York University, a top 5 undergraduate school in Canada, and worked as an information technology manager servicing the software portfolios for Fortune 500 clients for more than five years.

Michael came to Texas to attend Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2002 and received his Juris Doctorate. While studying for the Bar Exam, he volunteered his time for the Compass Justice Project, a non-profit organization providing legal services to the indigent population. After passing the bar, he went on to practice at the Kevin H. Pham Law Firm, now Pham & Nguyen Law Group. At the Pham & Nguyen Law Group, Michael earned valuable experience and many favorable jury trial judgments. Michael is a member of the Texas State Bar and the Federal U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern District of Texas.

Outside of his legal practice and spending time with his wife and daughter, Michael enjoys cooking barbeque and attending sports events. He and his wife are active members of Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Houston.
